Hi hi! I’m Cassidy, and I am so stoked you're here! I truly believe that getting to know your potential photographer is a crucial step in the decision-making process. So here goes :)
documenting love IS
The first thing you need to know about me: if Winston Bishop and April Ludgate had a child, that child would be me. I’m an avid fan of bird shirts and sarcasm. The second most important fact? To my core, I am a One Direction fan. I’ll spare you the details of just how deep this love runs, but just know it has definitely shaped who I am today—basically the essence of my existence.
I’m in my mid-twenties, married to my best friend Seth, and we have two cats, Max and Calcifer, whom we are properly obsessed with. When I’m not working, you can usually find me rewatching my comfort shows, reading, baking, or making homemade paper. I’m a lover of all things cozy, and my perfect day is sitting at home on a stormy day with the windows open, reading a fantasy book, and sipping coffee.
Most importantly, I’m just so thrilled you’re here and feel honored that you’ve made it this far :)
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been totally enamored by love. I grew up watching all the cliché Hallmark movies and swooning over every romance in any book I read. This adoration has stayed with me throughout adulthood, where now I get to hear and swoon over your love story.
Photography has fascinated me since I was little. I love how it gives people a way to hold tight to the moments that bring them the most happiness. I love turning intimate, funny, sentimental, joyful, and raw moments into something tangible—something you can look back on and relive those feelings.
Naturally, with my love for love, I decided that I specifically wanted to tell the unique stories of couples.
So, why do I want to share your story through photography? The short answer is: the way you love and feel love is beautiful and unique. Love isn’t something that can be put in a box or simplified into a definition. I believe weddings, elopements, intimate ceremonies—whatever form it takes—are the greatest evidence of that. And to me, that deserves to be captured and held onto for a lifetime.
